Love their mung bean drink and Vietnamese coffee here. They have gift cards available for purchase which I bought 10 and gave it out to people I appreciate.

Update: A manager reached out by replying to my review. I truly appreciate their openness to work on being better and how they offered to help with a comp drink(no, I didn't redeem the comp drink) but all I wanted was for something to be done so nobody has such an experience. Which it appears they did because since that incident I haven't had any bad customer service experiences. As I mentioned in my last post, their drinks have always been on point. They have something for everyone. I have been a regular since they first opened. Their drinks are 5/5. However, their lack of customer service was not on par with the drinks. I paid for a total of six drinks and two were upsized. However, one of my upsized drinks was regular. So we had to drive back which was an inconvenience. The lady had braids and she had an attitude and asked for me to grab the other drinks while I was showing her the receipt and the drink that was not upsized per what I paid for. I had to ask the kiddos for their drinks just to show her. She interacted with me in an angry, rude, and terrible manner. Her demeanor and condescending manner when addressing the matter. After showing her the receipt and all the drinks she decided to finally provide me with the drink I paid for to begin with. I understand people make mistakes but the way she handles the matter was unacceptable, especially since she realized I was telling the truth. It would be nice if these types of interactions do not continue to take place since 7 Leaves is very popular but customer service is also of the utmost importance

Their house coffee is excellent their pastries are pretty good too you'll enjoy 7 Leaves no matter what drink you looking for coffee smoothie fruit drink. The staff is very friendly don't forget to leave a tip

Typical 7 Leaves Cafe experience & menu. As usual, the staff was friendly & willing to help adjust my beverage to my preferences. The normal selection of tea, boba,etc that you've seen at other locations is here too. This location is intended to be a drive thru primarily as there are only 4 parking spots & no tables/chairs outside the cafe. Plan to wait in a line at least five cars deep at most times.

Delicious drinks and yummy macaroons. I had the passion fruit tea which was bomb. The strawberry tea is amazing too. Will be back soon!

Fantastic selection of quality teas and coffee. This location is unique as there is no inside place to sit down (although there are some patio chairs outside) like other locations. It only has a drive through. Service is fast but can be slow at times when many cars in the line. If you're in a rush, it might be better to walk up for your order!
